The Common University Entrance Test for Postgraduate (CUET PG) is conducted by NTA for admission to postgraduate, post-graduate diploma, certificate and research programmes at 200+ universities across India — including all 45+ Central Universities and several State, Deemed and Private universities.

Exam Pattern
CUET PG is a single 105-minute CBT exam with 75 multiple-choice questions. Each correct answer carries 4 marks; each wrong answer deducts 1 mark. The exam consists of two parts in most subjects.

This is the major scoring section. Syllabus is based on the chosen UG subject's graduation-level curriculum. For example: MA Economics covers Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Statistics, Indian Economy. MA History covers Ancient, Medieval, Modern Indian + World History. MSc Maths covers Real Analysis, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, Group Theory. MBA tests verbal, quant, reasoning, and DI at CAT-level difficulty. 4. Time Management — 105 Minutes for 75 Questions
You have ~84 seconds per question. Practice timed sectional tests daily. Allocate ~20 min for Part A (15 Q) and ~85 min for Part B (60 Q). Don't spend more than 2 minutes on any single question — mark and return.
