The Pomodoro Technique is one of the most effective time-management methods for long-haul exam preparation — UPSC, SSC, banking, NEET, JEE. Set the timer for 25 minutes of distraction-free study, take a 5-minute break, and after four cycles take a longer 15–30 minute break. This rhythm aligns with how attention actually works and prevents the burnout that comes from long unbroken study marathons.
Tip: Pair each Pomodoro with a single concrete task (e.g. "Modern History — Civil Disobedience Movement"). Multitasking destroys the technique's effectiveness.
